Setup in 4 steps
Create your account
Select Protect a loved one and sign up with your email address.
Add the person you're protecting
Enter their name, their 10-digit phone number, and whether it's a cell phone or a landline. Then add your phone number and email address for alerts.
They give their consent
We call them, and they press 1 to approve. Nothing is monitored without their permission.
Save Scam Shield as a contact

If a call seems suspicious, select Add call, choose Scam Shield, then select Merge.
To turn it off later, they call the Scam Shield number and press 2.
