How it works

  1. They give consent

We call your loved one first. Nothing is monitored until they agree.

  2. We monitor for scams

NVIDIA Nemotron scores each call from 0 to 100 and identifies tactics such as gift card requests, secrecy and pressure to act quickly.

  3. You receive an alert

We call you immediately and explain why the call appears risky. Press 1 to join the call.

Already on a call? Add Scam Shield in 2 steps.

If a call seems suspicious, add Scam Shield to the line. We monitor both sides of the conversation and alert the family.

  1. Select Add call

Choose Scam Shield from your contacts: (570) 532-5081.

  2. Select Merge

Scam Shield is now on the line, protecting the call.
