Family scam alerts

Receive a call the moment your loved one is targeted by a scam.

Most families only learn about a scam after the money is gone. Scam Shield alerts you while the call is still in progress, so you can intervene.

How the alert works

  1. The score reaches 70. NVIDIA Nemotron scores your loved one's call from 0 to 100 in real time.
  2. Your phone rings. Scam Shield calls you in your language, English or Spanish, and explains the concern, for example: "the caller asked for gift cards."
  3. Press 1 to join the call. You're connected directly to the call, so you can tell your loved one to hang up. Press 2 to decline.
  4. Email notification. If you provided an email address, you also receive the alert by email, with a link to join the call.
